挨拶 ３Dギプス治療法について
当院で開発した「3Dギプス治療法」は、犬の橈尺骨骨折において手術を行わずに自然治癒力を最大限に引き出して治す革新的な治療法です。8年間にわたり研究と治療を継続し、その成果を「骨折の治癒過程の可視化」と「骨折の治癒日数を予測」の２本の論文として国際学術誌 Animals（MDPI社）に投稿しました。これらの論文は、骨折が治っていく過程を時系列のレントゲン写真で初めて可視化することに成功し、世界最大規模のデータ解析を行って年齢別で骨折の治癒日数が予測できるようになりました。
多くの飼い主さま、そしてたくさんのわんちゃんたちに支えられながら、この治療と研究を続けることができました。遠方からも3Dギプス治療法を信じてご来院くださった皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。これからも、いしじま動物病院は「よりやさしく、より確実な治療」を目指して歩み続けます。

About the 3D Cast Fracture Treatment Method
The “3D Cast Fracture Treatment Method,” developed at our hospital, is an innovative non-surgical therapy that maximizes the body’s natural healing power to treat canine radial–ulnar fractures. Over eight years of continuous clinical practice and research, we have published two scientific papers in the international journal Animals (MDPI): one visualizing the bone healing process and another predicting fracture healing duration.These studies were the first to visualize the time-sequence of fracture healing through serial radiographs and performed the world’s largest data analysis in this field, enabling accurate prediction of healing time based on age.
We are deeply grateful to the many owners and dogs who supported this journey, including those who traveled long distances to receive 3D cast treatment. With heartfelt appreciation, we at Ishijima Animal Hospital will continue striving toward gentler and more reliable veterinary care.
